“I just won’t do (insert activity).”
“Maybe next month I will do something about it.”

Pain is the body’s way of telling you something is wrong and needs to be addressed. The longer you ignore the problem the more likely it is for actual damage to occur in the area, resulting in muscle, tendon, ligament, and/or fascial injuries or tears.
I frequently hear “Why did I wait so long?” after I treat a patient and they are quickly able to return to the activities they had been avoiding. We are about to start a new year. Make it the year of YOU. Rather than continuing to avoid activities or dealing with pain you hope will “go away,” FIX IT!
