
I created a healthier version of an Italian Bake dish. It is amazing!
2 spaghetti squash
1.5 lbs Italian sausage
1 onion
2 2.5 oz cans sliced olives
8 oz mushrooms
15 oz can tomato sauce
14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tsp salt
Bake the spaghetti squash for 40 minutes at 375 deg.
While spaghetti squash is in the oven, cook the Italian sausage and onions together.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Transfer to a 9×13 casserole dish. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 deg.
