Your Friday Fix Ep 9: Hip Hinge with PVC

A proper hip hinge is necessary for all lifting.  Any squat starts with a hip hinge, so whether you are lifting something at home, just trying to sit in a chair, or lifting something heavy at the gym.  When deadlifting, a proper deadlift is even more important to protect your back.
