Your Friday Fix Ep 15: Quadruped Rotation

We continue on with our thoracic mobility series.  This week we progress to lying on your stomach to being positioned on your hands and knees.  Depending on where your stiffness is, this may be more difficult for some and easier for other compared to the exercise last week.

Try this one out to continue addressing your upper back mobility.  The more you improve your upper back mobility, the better your function will be, regardless of what overhead movement or sport you are performing.
