This week on Your Friday Fix continues our ankle mobility series.
The soft tissue on the bottom of the foot can limit our total ankle dorsiflexion. By stretching the toes into extension, we can stretch the bottom of the foot and improve the tissue extensibility up the chain into the leg.
This will not be comfortable to start. Begin by holding as long as you can tolerate, working up your tolerance to 2 minutes.
