YFF Ep 23: Shoulder Mobility Series – Triceps Smash

If your triceps muscle is tight, it can cause limitations with both overhead motions as well as getting into a front rack position. This is a great way to loosen up your triceps and improve your performance on your lifts.

Try this one out before you are lifting overhead or doing front squats.  I think you will notice a huge improvement in the position you can maintain!​
