Ketosis…What, How, and Why

Ketosis diets have been growing in popularity lately.  To explain in the shortest, simplest way possible, your body basically functions and gets its energy from fats rather than carbohydrates.  The great part is that keto is not just a diet, it is a measurable state of metabolism, which means you can check if you’re in it at anytime.

Ketosis has been shown to have many benefits, including:
