- 10 handstand push ups with knees on box
- 5 handstand push ups on the wall
- 10 handstand push ups on the wall
Ultimate Goal: Run 5 miles without walking
- Run 1 mile
- Walk/run 3 miles
- Run 3 miles
- Walk/run 5 miles
- Run 5 miles
Large goals can seem much more attainable and less frustrating when broken down into smaller goals. Try this out and see how it works for you. My guess is you will be able to meet your goals sooner than you thought!
