This week on Your Friday Fix we begin a Hip Mobility Series, starting with Hip Pinwheels!

Many people have tight hips without realizing it.  The more you sit, the tighter they get!

The more mobile the hips are, the less pressure your back and knees have to take.

Start working on these on a regular basis, but especially before you workout.
