Your Friday Fix Episode 44: Hip Mobility Series – Pigeon Pose

We are continuing on with the Hip Mobility Series, moving on to stretching the muscles in the back of the hip.

This is a great one to do before any running, quick dynamic movement, or squatting activities to get the hip ready to move...and especially good to do if you have been sitting prior to performing the activities.
