Your Friday Fix Ep 48: Hip Mobility Series – Couch Stretch

Another great hip mobility exercise coming to you this week.

This is another one that is GREAT if you have been sitting a lot.  The hip flexors get very tight when sitting and this will help keep them loose.

If you sit all day for your job or have been sitting while travelling, start doing this one!
