This week starts the hip stability series.
Most people have weak hips. This comes from a combination of both not knowing how to strengthen them properly as well as the amount of sitting most people do.
The weakness in the hips eventually lead to pain in the low back, knees, and/or lower legs.
Start working on this one to start strengthening your hips. The coming up weeks will build on it!
