Your Friday Fix Ep 52: Hip Stability Series – Donkey Kicks

Continuing with the hip stability series, this week we have Donkey Kicks, isolating the glutes and focusing on trunk control.

To perform this properly, you need to focus on keeping a stable, controlled spine while moving your hips.
