Your Friday Fix Ep 66: Ankle Sprain Series – Bulgarian Split Squats

Continuing with the ankle sprain series, progressing to Bulgarian Split Squats.  This requires significantly more control than the previous exercises.

Test this one first with just your body weight.  Add dumbbells or kettle bells as able based on your control.
