Continuing on with our push up series!!
Are you trying to perfect your push up, but maybe do not have the ability to perform them all the way correctly yet? Or maybe you have an injury or something else that is limiting you to perform them correctly? There are a few modifications that you can try to work your way up to do push ups on the ground! Modifications such as these are a great stepping stone to slowly get up to doing a full movement, such as a push up.
