Have you wondered WHY your injuries actually occur while running? A common way this happens is when we are in the stance phase for too long, and pull our leg too late. How do we fix this? Ideally, we want to decrease the time we are in stance, and make our pull time faster. I demonstrate this concept and talk about it all in this week’s Friday Fix.
