Continuing on with our Snatch mobility series!!
Today, we are going to dive even deeper into the hip, and show some exercises that will really improve that deep squat! Make sure to only go until you are comfortable for these stretches, as this is a common place for people to be tight, and everyone is going to differ in their mobility doing these!
